As we don't have expensive high street offices or the expensive of having to attend each viewing we make significant savings compared to high street agents that we pass on to our clients.
All fees give you 12 months of marketing. In the unlikley event your home has still not sold after 12 months it is £595+VAT another 6 months.
You are free to advertise with another estate agent if you go on our multi agency contract which is the same as Option 1 (£995+VAT upfront and No Commission on sale).
