- Fixed priced quotes – you only pay the fee quoted at the outset (see price guide below).
- Regular progress reports to you in writing or by email.
- Dedicated account manager for each transaction
- On-Line tracking of conveyancing progress within your own PIN protected area.
Many buyers are sellers are disappointed with the slow speed and poor communication of their conveyancing companies but DezRez Legal are committed to carrying out the necessary conveyancing tasks quickly whilst keeping all interested parties informed.
Their computer systems are linked to ours and you will be able to view the exact progress of your sale by logging in to your own area on this site. As soon as a conveyancing task is completed it is updated automatically in your private area – no need to phone for updates.
