How It Works

Sign Up & Property Visit

  • Contact us on 0800 612 7025 or fill in registration form.
  • One of our professional photographers will visit your property to take wide angle photographs and produce a detailed floorplan. A property description will also be written and a colour brochure produced. All marketing material will be emailed to you for approval before we go live with the advertising.

Marketing

  • Once you have approved the description, photos and floorplan we begin advertising your property on our extensive advertising network, erect a sale board (if requested) and email property buyers in our database who may be interested.

Viewings

  • We will vet all buyers who request to view your property and contact you to book in a convenient viewing time. We will contact the potential buyer within one business day of each viewings¬†to get their feedback . Our 24/7 enquiry line will ensure you will never miss any enquiries or viewing requests.

Negotiating Offers

  • We will negotiate on your behalf with any interested buyers to agree a sale price that you are happy with. Our experience and expertise will make a significant difference at this negotiation stage and we will ensure we get the highest price possible for you. Once you accept the offer your property will be listed as sold subject to status (SSTC).

Conveyancing & Sales Progression

  • Once you accept an offer we¬†will contact both sets of solicitors and agree a preferred completion date with all parties. We will monitor the solicitors, your buyer and their broker / mortgage company (if they are getting finance) whilst keeping you informed throughout the process to ensure we complete quickly with minimum stress.

Property Sold

  • The solicitors exchange contracts and complete the sale of your property a few days later on a mutually agreed date.
